Buffering is almost always caused by something on the local connection rather than the IPTV service itself. Here's the order worth checking, from most to least common.

1. Check Your Internet Speed

Run a quick speed test on the same network your streaming device uses. As a general guide, HD streaming wants around 10-15 Mbps, and 4K wants 25 Mbps or higher. If your connection is well below that, buffering is expected regardless of the streaming service.

2. Reduce Wi-Fi Congestion

Other devices on the same network — large downloads, video calls, other streams — all compete for the same bandwidth. Pausing other heavy internet use while watching often resolves buffering immediately.

3. Try a Wired Connection

If your streaming device is near your router, a wired Ethernet connection is more consistent than Wi-Fi, especially for 4K content. This removes Wi-Fi interference and signal strength from the equation entirely.

4. Restart the App and Device

A simple restart of both the player app and the device clears temporary memory issues that can cause stuttering over a long viewing session.

5. Lower the Quality Setting

Most player apps let you manually select a lower quality (HD instead of 4K, for example). If your connection is borderline, dropping quality one tier usually smooths playback out completely.

When It's a Specific Channel

If everything else streams fine but one particular channel is buffering or down, that's more likely an issue on the provider side for that channel specifically. Message support on WhatsApp with the channel name and we'll check the server side and point you to a backup stream if one is needed.

Buffering that happens consistently across every channel and device on your network almost always traces back to the internet connection itself rather than the subscription — worth confirming with your ISP if the pattern doesn't improve after the steps above.
